How We Operate

While EJB World Trade prefers to partner with product and service oriented businesses and provide a comprehensive sales solution, we will engage in all of the following types of transactions under certain circumstances:

  • Sales Agency: Serving as commissioned agent, and responsible for our own expenses, taking orders for delivery and supported by the manufacturer or service provider.
  • Sales Distributorship: Buying products from the manufacturer, reselling to the end user, and providing after sales service and support when appropriate.
  • Joint Venture: Partnering with a manufacturer where we combine our sales, marketing and operational skills with the partner's products to build a company majority owned by the manufacturer and managed by EJB World Trade.

EJB World Trade will either establish a new business to represent your product or include your product in an existing company's product suite, depending on the revenue opportunity and nature of the relationship. Each of the independent companies is led by a President with sole responsibility for their company's performance. While subsidiary and portfolio company Presidents make day-to-day operating decisions, EJB World Trade provides general management, training and portfolio management. Importantly, this division of responsibilities allows our Presidents to focus on driving revenue.
